The Complaints Committee

The Complaints Committee is the independent committee to which any member or external person can turn for complaints. Every member can submit a complaint to the Complaints Committee about the way in which another member, whether or not on duty, has behaved towards them. It is also possible to obtain advice on a confidential basis from the Complaints Committee. The Complaints Committee can be reached at klachtencommissie@oudwalvisch.nl.

The confidential advisor

The confidential advisor is the person within the association to whom every member can go for general or confidential questions and comments. Each request to the confidential advisor will be treated confidentially and discreetly. The confidential advisors for 2023-2024 are Alieke Dethmers and Benedek Halmos.
